Leah is a resourceful international development professional with 10 years of field experience across more than 15 countries worldwide. Having lived in Zambia and South Africa for many years, Leah is able to work fluidly across different cultures and builds strong relationships based on friendship, trust, and mutual respect.
With a comprehensive understanding of non-profit management, Leah has provided technical support to organizations of many different sizes. Whether working with a community-based organization in Brazil, advising a multi-stakeholder USAID funded project in Tanzania or helping the Government of Ukraine adopt a new school curriculum, Leah is able to see the big picture goal and then develop a detailed step-by-step strategy to help a client achieve that goal. Leah is also an expert fundraiser, having raised more than $20 million for youth-focused development initiatives worldwide.
KIRK FRIEDRICH

Kirk is a former professional soccer player turned social entrepreneur and non-profit executive. From 2002 to 2017 Kirk served as co-founder and Executive Director of the award winning global adolescent health organization, Grassroot Soccer. Under Kirk’s leadership the organization went from startup to scale, educating more than 2 million young people in 50 countries. Kirk is best known for his ability to manage diverse global teams, cultivate a positive youth-led organizational culture, and instill passion for collaboration and strategic partnerships that achieve systems-level social change.
Kirk’s work is driven by his passion to help young people worldwide to realize their potential and achieve their goals. His quiet, humble, and strategic personality makes him a natural, but reluctant leader and allows him to work effectively across cultures and with a wide variety of clients.

JAMISON MERRILL
Senior Consultant
Jamison is a creative international development practitioner with expertise in monitoring and evaluation tool development, quantitative and qualitative research methods, and intervention design. Jamison is passionate about working hands-on with partners in the field to create effective, activities-based educational materials that fit their program and context. Jamison has also designed and evaluated innovative mHealth initiatives to supplement program delivery on sexual reproductive health and rights and gender-based violence issues.
A dynamic, cross-cultural facilitator, Jamison has led and delivered more than 30 trainings and workshops in over 15 countries. His vibrant facilitation style uses interactive and participatory methods to foster meaningful discussions on topics such as violence prevention, HIV and malaria, and substance abuse.
